Before one meal, try a brief three-part practice:
Notice one sensory detail: a color, aroma, texture, temperature, or sound.
Name one fact the evidence supports and one thing you do not know.
Thank one contribution to the meal without inventing the identity or conditions of a person, farm, place, or route.
This is not a diet rule, purity test, spiritual requirement, or treatment. You do not need to eat slowly, feel grateful on command, finish a plate, or perform the practice publicly. Adapt it or skip it if it does not serve you.
The purpose is simply to bring evidence and relationship to the same table: attention to what is present, honesty about what is missing, and appreciation without fabrication.
If you choose to try it, share one observation or question. A color, scent, texture, known fact, or honest unknown is enough. The most useful questions will help shape the next evidence-rated journeys.
